Choose the right qualification with Contigo
When deciding to study for a CIPD qualification with Contigo, you have two key decisions to make:
- WHICH LEVEL?
a) Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice
This is for you if you want to get into the People Profession (HR) or to
advance your career from a junior position like an HR Administrator to
an HR Co-Ordinator, Officer or Advisor.
b) Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management
This is for you if you want to build your career and move into a more
senior position in the People Profession like an HR Business Partner or
HR Manager.
2. WHAT STUDY STYLE?
a) Virtual Classes
A weekly, tutor-led evening session on Zoom with classmates.
Study period is 12 months for Level 3 and 18 months for Level 5.
b) ‘Flex’
This is a self-paced, online course with first-class online materials and resources together with regular 1-2-1 tutor support.
Your total study period is flexible depending on how many hours you study each week.
Whichever you choose, your CIPD student membership fees are included in the course cost and you’ll be supported by our team of practising HR professionals.
