Are You Being Stupid?

Are you in charge? If so, I have a question for you. Sorry! I don't mean to sound rude. Clearly, you're not stupid - but that isn't the question.

The questions is about behaviour. In other words, are you behaving in a stupid way?

Know - Do - Become

Suppose you 'don't know what you don't know' (I think that's all of us by the way!)

You'll most likely go on doing what you've always done until you learn something different, then you'll choose whether to apply it and 'DO' something different. Repetitive action becomes habit and then you 'ARE' it.

Know - Do - Become

So - in order to become great leader, for example, you need to learn more - practice lots - become great.

It stands to reason, right?....How do you know whether you are a good, no wait! a GREAT leader?

Which person are you?

Even if you read it, knowledge without action is pointless so you need to think about what you've learned and consider how to put it into practice.

Again, what kind of person are you? Only by going on this 'learning journey' can you avoid ignorance and become a great leader.

Ignore at your peril - The Dunning Kruger Effect is around us all the time.

There's no shame in asking for help.

In fact, the dead opposite is true.

Reaching out for help is the first sign of someone who wants to become the best they can be.
